The Juniper Group first made its mark through the design and construction of a series of premium resort and retail developments on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. It is credited with almost single-handedly changing the face and style of The Esplanade at Mooloolaba and turning this once laidback beach town into a fashionable resort destination. Other developments, north to Maroochydore and south to Minyama, have cemented its reputation for astute site acquisition.
Its projects throughout the Sunshine Coast have garnered a significant number of coveted industry awards, testament to its non-compromise approach to excellence.
During the last five years the Juniper Group has expanded its interests further with projects ranging from Port Douglas to the Gold Coast. These include Sea Temple Resorts and Spas in luxurious tropical sanctuaries at Palm Cove and Port Douglas; and the conceptualising of Soul, a unique development for the Gold Coast's most important location – the precinct between Cavill Mall and the Esplanade at Surfers Paradise.
With construction begining in early 2007, Soul has set the ultimate seal on the revitalisation of Australia's favourite beachfront holiday destination.
