JUNIPER LAUNCHES LUXURY RESIDENTIAL SEA TEMPLE
GOLF DEVELOPMENT AT PORT DOUGLAS
Property developer Juniper Group has launched a $38 million house and land development in Port Douglas, with the project’s 63 lots to be enveloped by its Sea Temple Golf Club.
The development, which is Juniper’s first gated community project, follows the success of the company’s $45 million Coconut Grove Resort on Port Douglas’s Macrossan Street which is now under construction.
The project will feature prestige, architecturally designed homes in three precincts, with 61 of the allotments having absolute golf course frontage.
Precinct One has been released to market and features 17 allotments alongside Sea Temple Golf Club’s 18th fairway. Prices for land start from $450,000.
Three signature properties under construction as part of the architectural covenant will show buyers the standard of luxury homes on offer, including a 600sq m house on a 1200sq m block overlooking the 18th hole and clubhouse.
Precinct Two will feature eight allotments overlooking the 10th and 18th fairways, while Precinct Three will include 38 allotments on the 14th and 16th fairways.
Juniper Marketing Manager David Kortlang said the homes would reflect the architectural styles that have become synonymous with the tropical north.
“Embracing modern, tropical architecture, these homes are set in a truly tranquil environment and offer space and privacy a short stroll from world-famous Four Mile Beach,” he said.
“There is very little premium land left in Port Douglas and we are expecting properties in this gated community to attract unprecedented interest.

All home owners will also be eligible to join the golf club, with a number of membership options available for purchase.
Juniper, which recently ensured the golf course’s status as one of the country’s best with a $1 million upgrade, is one of Australia’s largest privately owned development companies.
